Nano Guard Particulate
Respirator Misrepresented as NIOSH Approved N-95 Respirator
The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH)
recently released a health advisory announcing that 2HDistributors is
inaccurately representing and selling the Nano Guard particulate respirator
as a NIOSH-approved respirator. According to NIOSH, the Nano Guard
respirator is improperly labeled with the NIOSH and Department of Health and
Human Services logos, as well as a NIOSH approval number (TC-84A-4175),
which was not issued to 2HDistributors.
